Apk Resort Patong

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a lovely veranda on the 5th floor. The hotel facilities were great, with a charming restaurant by the pool where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated the character of the older building. The location was perfect for us, as it was a 10-minute walk away from the bustling part of the city, providing a relaxing atmosphere. there was a driver named Jacky, who we found in the paddock next to the hotel, and he offered affordable prices for transportation.

The location is away from the main areas of noise in Patong, making it a peaceful retreat. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are well maintained and come with basic amenities, including a balcony. The breakfast is delicious and satisfying.

The people of reception are not kind

Worst hotell I stayed in ever!! Aircon not working! Keys not working! Personel useless!!

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. It is situated in a quiet location away from the main areas of noise, but it is still easy to get to various activities and is near to the Patong beach. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms, which come with free wifi and a balcony, are well-maintained.

This is really a shitty hotel. The staff were really unfriendly. They had faces like they were zombies. They never triesd to be friendly eventhough you were trying to be friendly to them. Everything That you wanted to know they acted like it was tO much. Sometimes they promised something and afterwards they acted like they never heard About it. Also The prices for tickets was al the time different. The fitst time we waker for à ticket to ko phi phi they asked 500. the day after 600. At the tourist information we tot the ticket for 450. They just don't know how to do their work. Don't book this hotel! Also the swimmingpool looks better on the picture than real time. It was really discusting. Like they haven't clean it for months. So all in all this is à really bad hotel.

We loved the spacious and clean room with a fantastic veranda on the 5th floor. The breakfast at the charming restaurant by the pool was delicious. The location just outside the busy part of town was perfect for a relaxing stay. The friendly staff and affordable prices made our experience even better.

The air-conditioning.

Breakfast was between 6.30-10.30am, however when you went between these times, always pancakes were not available , and quite a few trays were empty.It was also difficult to communicate to staff (non-English speaking)

Great value for money! the rooms were well maintained, bright and cheery. We enjoyed having a balcony and the swimming pool was an added bonus. the location was key, allowing us to easily access restaurants, shopping areas and nightlife.

Getting back to the hotel at night was a bit tricky as taxi drivers demand high prices. the hotel lacked some amenities, like a travel desk and a poolside drink service.

Service from all staff was terrible. Front service girls (I think one was ladyboy) and she was so so rude and not helpful. My girlfriend and I checked in together, and when we got back to hotel, the guy that took our luggage to room only a few hours earlier asked my gf for id thinking she was a prostitute. Totally disgraceful and I felt like breaking the guys nose. Breakfast was average, location terrible, and lift took about 3 minutes to get to top (8 floors). I have travelled to many hotels in the world and Asia, and this rates as close to the worse. Just terrible and totally over priced, but that is Phuket. No body at hotel was helpful at all, and all of them where just plan and simply rude. avoid this place at all costs, I mean it
